Gut Health Campaign
Objective: Create a campaign informing children/parents about gut health for display in schools and pediatric offices
Deliverables: Infographic Poster / Infographic Video
Creative Brief:
Few people know that the gut and brain are interconnected. Gut health effects brain health and vice versa. Terms such as “gut-wrenching experience” and “butterflies” in the stomach exist for a reason. The gastroinstetinal tract is influenced by emotion, and it itself can cause emotions. Studies show that reducing stress can greatly improve your gut health. Additionally, what you eat can improve depression, anxiety, and stress.
This campaign seeks to educate what’s going on with microbes in the food we eat, how that affects our gut health, and thus how it affects our mental health.
